This cast iron pan is designed to be used for making takoyaki, a popular octopus treat in Japan, but it can also be easily used to make pancakes that are filled with cheese, fruit, jam or chocolate. In Denmark, similar pans are used to make a treat called ebelskiver. Pan will hold enough dough to make 12 pancakes at one time.To flip the pancakes over, use toothpicks or wooden skewers.

Here is some guide line how to use Takoyaki pan.
Heat pan over medium-high heat until a few drops of
water flicked onto surface skitter across it.
Lightly grease pan with butter or spray with nonstick
cooking spray.
Fill spaces to about half full with batter for each
takoyaki mold.
Cook until bubbles form on top and batter is set,
about 1 minute.
Flip takoyakis; cook until golden brown on other side,
about 1 minute more. Repeat with remaining batter,
greasing pan as needed.
