Sushi Tamagoyaki Pan
This flying pan is used to make sushi omelets. To use: Heat a small amout of vegetable oil on medium heat. Pour a wisked egg in the pan and tilt it to spread a thin layer over the surface. Next, roll the egg and move it to the end of one side. Then add a little oil to the exposed pan and pour in a little more egg. Cook and repeat this process until the egg is at the desired height.
This sushi Tamagoyaki Pan is 8-1/2 inches long by 9-1/4 inches width and is 1 inch in depth. From edge of pan to tip of handle, it is 13-1/4 inches long.
