Iwachu Cast Iron Tamagoyaki Omelette Pan with Wooden Handle
This Iwachu cast iron rectangular Tamagoyaki pan is durable and retains heat well. Makes tamagoyaki for sushi topping, and bento lunch.
Like any other well made cast iron product, if well taken care of, it can be passed on to the next generation.
14-1/8 inches long with handles (36 centimeters ) x 6-1/8 inches long (15.5 centimeters long), 2-7/8 inches tall (7.5 centimeters tall), 2.7 pounds (1.22 kilograms).
Inside measurements: 7 inches long (18 centimeters long),x 5-7/8 inches width (15 centimeters width ), 1-1/8 inches tall (2.8 centimeters tall).
Use and Care:
Allow pan to cool before washing. Clean the pan with hot water and dry well. Store in a dry place. Do not expose it to salt.
This pan has a flat bottom and works on an induction cooking surface.
