Rectangular Frying Pan for Tamagoyaki
This flying pan is used to make sushi omelets. To use: Heat a small amount of vegetable oil on medium heat. Pour a whisked egg in the pan and tilt it to spread a thin layer over the surface. Next, roll the egg and move it to the end of one side by using chopsticks or spatula. Then add a little oil to the exposed pan and pour in a little more egg. Cook and repeat this process until the egg is at the desired height.
The pan is 7-3/8 inches by 5-1/8 inches and 1-1/8 inch deep. From edge of handle to far side of pan, it measures 13 inches.
